INTRAWEST AND POWDR CORP ANNOUNCE A DEFINITIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR COPPER MOUNTAIN IN COLORADO
Popular Rocky Mountain Super Pass Suite of Products will be Honored at Copper Mountain, Steamboat Resort and Winter Park Resort for the 2009-2010 Winter Season

VANCOUVER, B.C. and PARK CITY, UT—November 17, 2009—Intrawest and Powdr Corp today announced they have entered into a definitive purchase agreement to sell Intrawest’s interests in Copper Mountain to Powdr Corp. The transaction is anticipated to close in December 2009 and the agreement is subject to regulatory approvals including the issuance of a U.S. Forest Service special-use permit to Powdr Corp.
This winter season it is business as usual at Copper Mountain. Once the transaction is finalized Intrawest and Powdr Corp have committed to work together to ensure that all of the multi-mountain season pass products, vacation reservations and joint marketing initiatives will be honored for the 2009-2010 winter season. This includes the Rocky Mountain Super Pass suite of products that provide skiers and riders with access to Copper Mountain, Steamboat Resort and Winter Park Resort. In addition, vacation packages, season passes and lift tickets for all three mountains will continue to be available online at www.skicolorado.com

Chris Anthony Adventures has once again teamed up with Kevin & Jessica Quinn for HELI CAMP ALASKA. Chris hosts his groups at their operation in Cordova Alaska site of Points North Heli Adventures.

The location of Cordova, Alaska is the only heli-skiing operation utilizing the southeastern side of the Chugach Mountains. In the past decade, the Chugach Range has proved to be the premier destination worldwide for helicopter skiing and boarding. Accessed by ferry or plane, Cordova is unlike any other community in the state. Alaska Airlines flies into Cordova twice daily from Seattle and Anchorage. Upon arrival, a staff member that will cater to your every need will greet you. A short, fifteen-minute drive to our facility offers many opportunities to see bald eagles, moose and the beautiful town of Cordova. Along the way you will also view the breath taking mountains you will soon be skiing or snowboarding.

The location in Cordova allows Chris to provide you with a ‘private’ playground in your backyard. While other operations share terrain, here you are able to explore areas that the others cannot conveniently access. The team will continue to find new terrain each year catering from the intermediate level recreation skier to the world-class athlete.
